IA LITTLE BACKGROUND

I• The City of Decatur requested proposals for a concept to redevelop the MARTA mall
I• Even though ETMA was not selected the winning proposal was never realized, however
I• in the years since, ETMA's proposal has been implemented in several phases of work
I• Concept identified need, and provided solution to relocation of Bus/Rail transfer
I• Later ETMA was selected to design bandstand as focal point of community activities
I• occurring on the MARTA mall
