IA LITTLE BACKGROUND

I• Part of the former Charles Howard Candler estate, now Callanwolde Fine Arts Center
I• Conservatory included on the National Register of Historic Places
I• Original coservatory was extremely deteriorated
I• Documented remaining steel and wood members for replication
I• Developed design for adaptive reuse as event space incorporating hvac and lighting
I• Designed two story administrative wing which is mostly below grade
I• Designed public restrooms that are fully accessible by disabled persons
