I• Prepared buildings condition assessment and developed improvements cost estimate
I• Assisted in developing design programming and phased implementation plan
I• Over several years, designed a number of projects identified as a part of the masterplan
I• Design projects include roof restoration, accessible public restrooms, parking & drives
I• pottery studio, commercial kitchen, performance center, and conservatory renovation
